Rouchette is committed to an adapted teaching method with Marie Cécile Pennequin, director of « L’école des semeurs ». Her production school, is the first in France specialized in biological market gardening and the sale of product in local distribution chanel.
The aim of the school is to train and integrate drop-out from the age of 15, thanks to an adapted teaching method and an exceptionnal condition, it take place in the domain of the castel of Beaumesnil.
