We are launching this operation on the occasion of World Forest Day, which takes place on 21 March!

How does it work?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 48 hours giving you the code and the procedure to follow (I promise it's quick and easy) to plant a tree in the Piura forest in Peru, the project for which we are committed with Reforest'Action!

More than 6,400 trees have already been planted thanks to our partnership with Reforest'action and thanks to you!
We chose to support the Lavial project in Haiti, which ended in October 2021. It is a large forest of 200,000 trees that now populates Lavial in Haiti for many years to come. We are very proud to have contributed at our level to the growth of this forest!
The new project in which we are participating is now located in Peru, in the Piura forest.

When we launched our ORIGIN range, from clogs to boots, we were inspired by nature. We decided to commit to Reforest'Action to plant trees in areas affected by deforestation. This is a way to raise our collective awareness, on our own scale, of deforestation and to offset part of our carbon footprint.
Our commitment with the ORIGIN range is to plant a tree for each pair sold. We have renewed this commitment with Reforest'action, to reach over 4,000 trees planted thanks to you!
These trees are planted in Haiti in Lavial, and are part of a larger project, which aims to reach 200,000 additional trees planted in 2021, for a total of 400,000 trees planted since 2018.
We are convinced that we have a role to play in society, that a better world can start with good shoes. This is why we are committed to environmental and social causes.

We are pleased to announce that Rouchette has just exceeded 2000 trees planted worldwide.

By launching our new ORIGIN range, we are making a sustainable commitment to social, societal and environmental issues:
- In partnership with Reforest'Action, we will plant trees in areas impacted by deforestation in order to sustainably affect biodiversity and the economy.
- The products are handmade from premium natural rubber in our new workshops in the Dominican Republic.
- Packaging made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and a polybag-free, plastic-free delivery.
GREETING CARDS BUT NOT ONLY...

For 2020, we will favour commitment at Rouchette. This is why we have sent out greeting cards in partnership with Reforest'Action, in a symbolic approach of one greeting card equals one planted tree.

At Rouchette, we want to implement sustainable, environmental and educational solutions to rebalance our carbon footprint, while trying to raise collective awareness on causes, such as deforestation. This is why, since June 2019, Rouchette is committed to Reforest'action, in order to plant trees.
We work in collaboration with local communities in order to rebuild a balance in agroforestry. Indeed, it is a simple way to touch biodiversity and the economy in a sustainable way. Our common objectives are to improve the living conditions of local populations and to fight against global warming.
