ANIMAL HEROES is a range of 4 children's boots with a clean design, aimed at raising awareness among younger audiences about animal welfare.
Each boot is dedicated to an endangered animal: the tiger, giraffe, emperor penguin, and polar bear.
With this new collection, we offer more than just a pair of boots:
a meaningful purchase. By focusing on visuals that are both gentle and impactful, the brand turns a serious subject—the preservation of endangered species—into a story accessible and enjoyable for the whole family.
Rouchette partners with Bioparc Conservation, the endowment fund of the Bioparc of Doué la Fontaine, which protects endangered animals.
Bioparc Conservation works alongside indigenous peoples worldwide to protect wild biodiversity by supporting Nature Projects.

- Raising awareness

- Improving social conditions of local populations
The Nature Projects also benefit from the zoo’s support and expertise to successfully carry out these commitments.
Bioparc creates a direct link between animals born at the Bioparc and wild populations by reintroducing them into nature.
Working with BIOPARC allows us to support various NGOs they continuously assist, thereby protecting multiple animal categories through a single project.

THE TIGER
Hunted for their skins and various body parts believed to cure ailments, tigers are victims of international trafficking. Today, no one can say if wild tigers will still exist in 50 years.
THE GIRAFE
Threatened by habitat loss due to deforestation, ecological changes, illegal hunting, and poaching.
THE POLAR BEAR
Climate change is the main threat to polar bears. If ice melting continues at the current rate, their summer habitat will shrink by more than 40% by mid-21st century, causing their population to decline by over two-thirds.
THE EMPEROR PENGUIN
This majestic bird is threatened by the rapid disappearance of its habitat: the sea ice. This flat surface, ideal for nesting and raising chicks, is melting faster than ever.

RAISING CHILDREN’S AWARENESS
To raise children’s awareness about animal welfare, we created an educational booklet. Accessible via the QR code on the product label, this booklet can be viewed and downloaded on our website.
Through content that is both educational and fun, children become adventurers and help save endangered species through quizzes and mini-games. The idea is to educate both kids and adults by discovering this booklet as a family.
