What is the Vendée Globe? The Vendée Globe is a single-handed, non-stop, non-assisted sailing race held every four years. The skippers set off from Les Sables-d'Olonne on 18-metre monohulls, covering around 45,000 kilometres rounding the Capes of Good Hope, Leeuwin and Cape Horn, before returning to Les Sables-d'Olonne. This race, which has become world-famous, is a remarkable human adventure.
Our mission? To equip them to face the sea with dry feet!
Our SKIPPER boot was created in conjunction with our partner skippers. By listening to their needs, carrying out tests alongside them and adjusting according to their feedback. We've succeeded in creating a boot that can cope with the extreme conditions of the sea, that sticks to the floor of the boat, keeps feet dry in stormy weather and is comfortable at the same time.
In 2020, we were already present in the Vendée Globe village. With an unprecedented health situation, the Vendée Globe village had to close its doors earlier than planned! But we'll be back for the 2024 Vendée Globe!
